Pan Bagnat

Bagnat bread is a typical sándwich from the coast of Nice (France).


  • 1 EasyQs cucumber
  • 2 Bread rolls
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 6/8 Basil leaves
  • 1 Can of White Tuna Breast
  • 50 gr of Black Olives
  • 3/4 Tribelli peppers
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 4 Tomazur tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • 1 Boiled egg
  • Mozarella or Feta cheese
  • 3 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil


  1. Cut the bread rolls in half and add olive oil the both halves. Afterwards start building the sandwich adding lettuce, tomatoes, EasyQs cucumber, onion, pepper, olives and egg all sliced. On top the mozarrella or feta cheese, the one you like the most! 
  2. For the dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Now add the white tuna breast to the roll and you have finished.
