Filled cucumber cups

Healthy appetizers on your next party or get-together.


  • 3 EasyQs cucumbers
  • Small container of hummus
  • Small container of crab salad
  • Parsley
  • Beetroot leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Peel the cucumber and cut into 1.5-cm slices. Cut out equal rounds using a small dough mould. Scoop out a little cucumber to make a cup. Season with pepper and salt. 
  2. Fill up half of the cucumber cups with crab salad and garnish these with beetroot leaf. Fill up the other half with the vegetarian version: hummus, and garnish with parsley. If desired, add a little more salt to taste.
